I've been going to OK for a few years now, and I've always been happy. I think they have better better styling sense than Supercuts does, plus they cost less. If you have to wait, it's usually for just a few minutes. I never make an appointment (I just drop in), but it's probably better to call. The stylists are really nice, too.
